Objects of the issue
The Offer comprises an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 52,731,946 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholders. The Promoter Selling Shareholders are undertaking a partial divestment to realise part of their investment and enhance liquidity. The listing is expected to improve ARCIL’s visibility, brand recognition and shareholder liquidity by providing a public market for its Equity Shares. ARCIL will not receive any proceeds from the Offer, with the entire proceeds going to the Selling Shareholders.

The company is expanding its focus on retail stressed assets, with Retail AUM rising from ₹1,942.30 crore in March 2024 to ₹4,744.76 crore in March 2026. Retail borrowers also increased by 227.32% during this period.
